Water boils -- and becomes a gas -- at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. It freezes, and becomes a solid, at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Brake fluid will not boil until the temperature is over 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and freezes only at very low temperatures.
