The yellow arrow here points to one of the injector jets. The green arrow indicates one of the rubber rings in which injectors are mounted. They provide a seal, and insulation against engine heat. Each of the four injectors injects the amount of fuel calculated by the control unit into the intake manifold just behind the intake valve.
